Are you in the UK? If so try it now. The ISP I use seems to be having issues at the moment, latency goes to 200-300ms for between a few minutes or several hours.
Last night I was getting 40ms, less than my ping on Wh00pAss

I did a ping test from the server to your IP and it came back with 60ms. Try pinging the server from the Windows command line and see what figure you come up with.

i checked from steam and i got 80(same as whoop)
cant join the server becouse this new update fuckup

Don't think the english folks can understand a lot of it. I would have gotten a english Windows, but me mum and lil' bro said that they won't understand it, but now its in finnish and they still don't understand it.   Why does God punish me with such noob family why oh why!! |

The problem is largely due to problems on the link between the UK and Europe. Mostly good, but sometimes it just crawls.
