Hey guys, im having speed issues with getting on CSJunky web page, and CSJunky alone. It is extremely slow and can take several minutes. My t'internet connection is great and I have no trouble with other websites...

Any Ideas as to why?

Yeah i have exactly the same, some days it takes about 40 secs to log in and on other days its fine not sure why though.........

right, what are you on about?? The CSjunky web page, or forums, the forums takes a while for me, but the web page takes less than a second.

The forums run so slow its chronic sometimes. We could always get a posse together and go and lynch those greatboard boys Twisted Evil

hhe yeah, they have been upset so bad they sold greatboard to forumer Laughing Laughing I dont't know why it has happened, but when u choose the forum, you choose whether it to be. greatboard or . forumer etc.

The slowness is cos of forumer, not because of how many posts u have or whatever. A free hoster does have its downsides. If its really bad for u guys i could create a PHPbb board (just like this one) minus the slowness, occasional downtime and ad banners and host it for you on my space. One huge drawback is that it would mean starting again with the posts, and an empty forum is a mighty lonely place.....
