zip archive of the sprays and sig
to install take the vmt and vtf files and put them in your "logos" folder in;
C:Program FilesValveSteamSteamAppsYOURSTEAMNAMEcounter-strike sourcecstrikematerialsVGUIlogos or wherever you have installed css
edit: fixed zip link and forgot to say the grey parts are tranparent so dont cop the jpegs install the files from the zip archive like i said above
