If "a" stands for success, then the formula is:
a = x + y + z
"x" is work, "y" is game
and "z" means to keep one's trap shut.

Bananas

A good, quick source of energy that may lower the risk of high blood pressure. Bananas are an excellent convalescent food that may elevate mood and promote sleep. They slowly convert to energy and thereby may increase physical stamina. Bananas are also an excellent source of potassium and magnesium, two minerals that effectively prevent and regulate high blood pressure.
