If "a" stands for success, then the formula is:
a = x + y + z
"x" is work, "y" is game
and "z" means to keep one's trap shut.

Ok this is the topic that I used to overclock my graphics card (Leadtek 6800nu 128mb). This involved modding the graphics card bios and upping the voltage and relaxing the ram memory timings to achieve higher core and memory speeds. Here is the link:
http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=133245&perpage=25&highlight=&pagenumber=1
I can not be held responsible if you try to modify your graphics card in any way.
This did work for me as I went from the stock speeds of 325/700 to 425/950 and I am lucky that I could use Rivatuner to open the extra pipelines and vertex shader. Therefore I have an oced 6800 Ultra core with 128mb of DDR1 ram. Free increase in performance, but shorter life span, but I don't plan on keeping this card for too long. Please don't try this is your not confident with it.

Overcloked my processor from 1.8Ghz to 2.0 Ghz Its aMd athlon XP
Had to boost some voltages too but it works like a charm. Temperatures got a bit up but since i got my nexus casing all is good. Temps are down to ~50.
Overclocked my gf4 too but didn't feel like it gave any benefits. so dropped it back to default. |

Yeah ive got my Athlon XP 3000 @ 2.314 at the moment, but because i have a KT400 chipset i don't have a pci/agp lock thererfore i can only raise the fsb to 178. Got a full copper heatsink so it is keep coolish, it never hits above 62C. _________________

It wasn't difficult to see you were lying! You said you had an AMD ATHLON, and on the picture it said: Genuine Intel(R) CPU _________________ Crazy Frog Baseball |
