Cool video! How do you convert demo files into a format which you can put in to an editing program?

I use Fraps. Then I play back a demo at 800x600 and record the ouput in raw AVI. Needs lots of space, Mkones stuff is still on my drive, and its taking up 21.2Gb !!! The sound is really rubbish, I dont know if its due to my on-board sound or what. I added the sound on later just like they do in the movies 8)

Good job those Seagate 500Gb drives have hit the market. That reminds me... I'll need to sort my christams list out, I want a multi-terrabyte server like the Wh00psters :D
