I cant play on this server, i got nice 200 ping there :(

Are you in the UK? If so try it now. The ISP I use seems to be having issues at the moment, latency goes to 200-300ms for between a few minutes or several hours. Last night I was getting 40ms, less than my ping on Wh00pAss :)

I did a ping test from the server to your IP and it came back with 60ms. Try pinging the server from the Windows command line and see what figure you come up with.
