Mods?
Anyone know any really kick ass mods for Hl & Hl2? I like the specialists but i suck at it. And i love garrys mod.

i played hl2 ctf it aint bad but it does geta bit repetitive after a while but its a damn site better then deatmatch

Sry to raise a dead thread, but check out The Battlegrounds 2. Its set in like revolutionary times so its all long rifles, slow reloads and bayonet charges so no "n-word"ish spraying. http://www.bgmod.com/ - check it out If you do go on you can find me under the name of "Sir Pendleton" - look for the officer shouting "For King and Country" before he hacks down 20 men with his sword :P

yay, i used to play on the battle grounds 1 , and its really good. so ill get tb2.

Tested that battlegrounds 2. It's bloody wicked! I just luv the way you can take your sword out and and chaaaarge screaming for freedom. And the reload animation is hilarious.

make sure you have version 1.14 or osmething like that

Best mod i know is source forts. ctf with a twist. You build a fort to protect your flag basically.

Boooo. Source Forts is good. But there isn't a rotation on the grav gun at the start. So they made NeoForts - http://www.neoforts.com It's got 3 way rotation, so it's much better.
