Help - with photoshop!
Helosh.... I need some help with photoshop. i make my pics etc. and i want a transparent background. how do i go about getting one? Reply asap please. NightRyder

open a new project/canvas and in the settings window which automatically opens set default from 'white' to 'transparent' or 'none'. Then I guess you'll have to cut out your picture with the magnetic lasso or using an input mask. This is how i'd do it but i'm sure there is an easier way.

converting the file type? If you get the tga file extenstion plug in for photoshop (a link is on the tutorial) and also get the "tga2vtf" tool from the tutorial then- 1. save as a 32bit per pixel tga with transparency 2. put the tga file in the materialsrc folder of tga2vtf (read the readme) 3. run the batch file 4. get both the vtf file and the vmt file created and put it in your sprays folder in the cs intall directory, Hope that helps

oh god, i am so confused. i have made my 32pixel thing, and put it in the materialssrc folder in vtex. now, i have to run one of those things. but which one? and when i have where do i get my spray from?

nah, thats cool, What servers you going on tonight?? cause i'll show you then. and like i said - where do you get your fonts from, expecially the rizla 1.

sorry wasnt playing much tonight. mmm i donated to pixel-pulse.com i'd recommend visiting the site for fonts and ideas. The rizla font is freely available called egyptienne something. then i just had to mess around with the blending properties to make the rizla style stuff, using a packet of a pic as a guide. my xfire is ddrayne add me and we can play sometime. i like the office :)

FUCK. I Went on a server, sprayed my tag, and guess what? A white background!!!! Noooooo. I did all the right things, and i put the file in the src folder, and ran the prog, and got the 2 files from the materials folder and put em in C:/program files/valve/steam/steamapps/nightryder/counter strike source/cstrike/materials/VGUI/logos What do i do now??
