Do you use custom CSS skins?

Wow, skins, I use some yeh. I've got the exact same P90 one as you I think, the reloading looks great. I don't use many skins, cause I prefer some originals, but at the moment I've got a skinned Machine Gun, Dual Elites and P90.

I used to skin CS1.3-1.4 but I ended up spending more time looking at how cool the guns looked instead of shooting bots. Oh Botsie Collins how I miss you :(

thanks ville just got two skins. casual terrosit and DarkElfas urban ct camo. But if you did use custon player skins and could make them, you could have an advantage by making a solid pink skin for each team. A bit like the no team kill skins.

Sure or you could get ur ass kicked by steam. It has been done A LOT, but you see that there is a teeny tiny problem with the CONSISTENCY. Stupid ass mofo Valve. Couldn't use like half of my skins when they introduced consistency requirement for weaponname.mdl files which mainly means that u cant use skins with custom reflective maps or a server can ban all custom skins if that is what they want. This can be shut down of course by a admin by writing sv_cosistency 0 in console, but not a lot of people appreciate custom skins.

Help! I tried to install some skins but i cant find a folder. i follow the path C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\"account"\counter-strike source\cstrike I then open 'models' but there's only a players folder and no weapons ones. Same when i open materials then models, a player folder but no weapons! Do i just make a folder or what?

yup just add the folder from the download, just drag it in. the only skin i have is the dual elites.. LOVE the reload.

no worries. turns out i had to make the folders myself :? Super, you got the clerics for your duelies? mmmm spinny reloading goodness :D
